The 2025NC Men's State Championship will be hosted by NC Men's Gymnastics the weekend of March 7 - 9, 2025. The championship will be held at the Rise Indoor Sports Venue.

2025 NC STATE MEET CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY PROCEDURE
By FEBRUARY 1st at Midnight you must complete both steps to enter your athletes into NC State Championship. There are no level changes allowed after this date as this will determine NC Allotment for the 2025 Region 4 Championship, Eastern Championship, and Developmental National Championship.
Complete these steps in order.
Step #1: USAG Meet Reservation

Each club must enter their athletes for their respective state championship via the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System. It is imperative that your MASTER USAG CLUB ROSTER matches your state championship athletes levels. (SANCTION #92686) -

Ensure that you have athletes listed as JE in USAG Meet Reservation that will be doing technical sequence at state championship and regional championship

State Allotment numbers for Regional Championship will be based on numbers from the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System as of 2/ 1/ 2025. These numbers also determine regional allotment for eastern and developmental nationals.

Athletes ENTERED by the deadline ARE ELIGIBLE to attend Region IV Championship at the level they are registered for the state championship.

Athletes that ARE NOT ENTERED by the deadline above ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to attend the Region IV Championship. A change in level after February 1st will also make the athlete NOT ELIGIBLE to attend.

On meetmaker you will enter your team’s, JE athletes, and make your payment, athlete t-shirt size, etc.
Athlete and Team Entry Fees
- $135.00 - Level 3 - 6 (D1 and JE), Level 7 - 10 JN, Club Athletes
- $155.00 - Level 8 - 10 JE Athletes
- $40.00 per team (Division 1 or Division 2 Only)
Late Fees:
- $10.00 per athlete
- $30.00 per team
REFUND POLICY
50% Refund will be given until Feb. 10 with a doctor's note. After Feb 10th, no refunds will be issued.
