2024 NC Men's State Championship

The 2024 NC Men's State Championship will be hosted by NC Men's Gymnastics  the weekend of March 8-19, 2024.  The championship will be held at the Rise Indoor Sports Venue.

2024 NC STATE MEET CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY PROCEDURE

By FEBRUARY 1st at Midnight you must complete both steps to enter your athletes into NC State Championship.  There are no level changes allowed after this date as this will determine NC Allotment for the 2024 Region 8 Championship, Eastern Championship, and Developmental National Championship. 
Complete these steps in order.

2024 Region 8 State Championship Entry Procedure

Reiterating of the procedure and deadline for athletes in state championship.

Step #1: USAG Meet Reservation

  • Each club must enter their athletes for their respective state championship via the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System. (SANCTION #89535)  - 
    • Ensure that you have athletes listed as JE in USAG Meet Reservation that will be doing technical sequence at your respective state championship and regional championship 
       

  • State Allotment numbers for Regional Championship will be based on numbers from the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System.

  • Athletes ENTERED by the deadline ARE ELIGIBLE to attend Region VIII Championship at the level they are registered for the state championship.

  • Athletes that ARE NOT ENTERED by the deadline above ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to attend the Region VIII Championship.

REFUND POLICY

50% Refund will be given until Feb. 10 with a doctor's note. After Feb 10th, no refunds will be issued.

Step #2: MeetMaker Registration

  • Go to MeetMaker website  
     

  • Your USAG meet reservation will import into MeetMaker - 

  • On meetmaker you will enter your team’s, JE athletes, and make your payment, athlete t-shirt size, etc.

Athlete and Team Entry Fees

  • $135.00 - Level 3 - 6 (D1 and D2), Level 7 - 10 JN, Club Athletes
  • $150.00 - Level 8 - 10 JE Athletes
  • $40.00 per team (Bronze, Silver, Gold, D1 or D2, Level 6 D1/D2, Level 7, Level 8 JN/JE, Level 9JN/JE, Level 10 JN/JE)

Late Fees:

  • $10.00 per athlete
  • $30.00 per team
